If the temporary card would have been off since 2 weeks i would have understood this answer but now it's been since 3 months, without mentioning the fact that the supposed permanent card is on queue since 8 months. I expect more transparency from Paxum now  |
Since you requested the new card in 2018, I'm pretty sure you won't receive it.. Mine was shipped on 2018-05-10, but never arrived. I have applied for the new Unionpay Card in May, 2019, right after it was announced, and it's already here. I can't activate it or use it, but at least the card is here... the one from last year never arrived..
