I tried to check out the new Jessa Rhodes release today but it says I have to unlock the channel- at a price point higher than than what I'm already paying ($34.95 just for the PSE channel? Are you insane?)
What is it this time? Shitty new practice? Problem with my account? A screwup on their end?
Given their history and the latest changes to their site I'm leaning toward evil and or incompetence.
This channel pay model is fucking stupid, NA. I'm a paying customer who just wants what he thought he was already paying for. I've been questioning whether or not it's worth what I'm already paying- and I know it's not worth a penny more.

I have had memberships expire on other sites. You know what happens? It says the membership has expired when I log in. But you know what's different about you guys and all the other sites? They aren't trying to rip me off with some bullshit channels pay model.
Even when I thought my membership had expired and I TRIED to figure out if it was expired, all I could find was more ways to give you more money for less than what I had before.
And you say the only way to fix this is to create a new account? Why the fuck would I do that? I've been a member for years. That should be rewarded, not thrown away.
I'll tell you what I am going to do- I'm going to dig deep enough to make sure that all my ties to you are CANCELLED and you can get back to me when you've figured out how to treat your loyal paying customers.
