With regards to the Trucash issued cards, our legal department is involved in the matter and we are in negotiation with WFCU to try to resolve the situation in the best possible way for affected Paxum clients. Clients are more than welcome to follow the instructions provided by WFCU to return the card, or they can choose to wait to see what our legal department can arrange. We hope to have an update on this very soon.
