Have you looked at the stats in other ways? My stats viewed in the same way show pretty much the same thing yours do, although not as good. I don't have as much, so my situation is more volatile but still mostly flat.
Next weekend if I have time I am going to look at it to find at what value in terms of expenditure or duration does the probability of a client leaving get close to 100%, and then comparing that over time.
It may give some insights into improving retention.

I have done some data workups looking at how long till the average user buys and how long the average user stays active.
Data was all over the place, no real trends that I could see.
