First of all you have to understand our websites are targetted to 18+ auditory and you have to understand what either tranny or gay niches are about or better both.

We are looking for a creative employee who will be constantly researching what our visitors are looking for/talking to them and fulfilling their requests. Watching the trends and providing content which is upto their today's demands, doing research through partner programs who are able to provide content etc. We are able to provide search logs from our sites and logs of visits to our internal pages for today/yesterday/week etc.

Whole internet is filled with copies and non-unique content. That means we should be brining some serious added value and do relevant and unique tagging of videos, writing unique titles for the videos, this means above average english knowledge, so we would prefer to work if your country has english as an official language and/or you may have to prove your english level.

You have to be available at least a few hours a day, since sites require daily attention and updates.
You need fast internet connection.
You must be reliable. If we don't feel so, you will quit fast.
We would prefer to find one person for long term cooperation instead of changing an employee every month, please do not apply if you are not reliable and not creative, content managing will be your main job, however if you are capable there more things you could do.

Providing references and fields of experience is a big fat plus.
