Hey guys,

I am trying to develop a whatsapp api to promote cam site offers. Currently the facebook business API for whatsapp is not open to the public and you have to go through a facebook partner.

Are there any other solutions i can try?
I am not sure any facebook partner will accept promoting cam sites.
