We want to be transparent and apologize for taking too much time to process refunds. This is one of the main complains we get and it's totally justified.
Starting from today, all the refunds will be made within 2-5 working days without fail. Useless to say that our intention was not to avoid refund but we are always a little bit overwhelmed here so that's he reason why.
Moreover, you may have receive this kind of messages if you wrote a ticket recently :
"Hello it's Dylan, I've transferred your demand to the devs and we are working solving the problem. You'll be notified by email or Twitter ( https://twitter.com/wpscript ) when the fix is released."
This message is not an automatic one, I personally put it to inform that your issue has been transferred through GitHub as a general issue and that we are working on it.
