I've had several smokers... custom built offset type, cheapo offsets from a retail store, even tried an electric smoker once.
So far the best and easiest to use has been the 22" Weber Smokey Mountain.
A friend of mine recently got a Traeger pellet smoker and it does really well, I may get one. It's ok to have several smokers.
