you guys heard ONE side of the story. the only email from the client shown here was written before the project began. no statements backing up WHY he disputed the bill.
the client paid 85% of his bill and had a dispute. it happens. i don't blast clients on gfy when they have a dispute or they're unhappy. that's unprofessional. you just advertised that this is what you do if a client has any type of dispute.
he gave you good money and you posted his name here because you didn't get your last 15% payment - for whatever reason. i'd personally be happy with the $3500 and move on. however, that's just my personal opinion and professional standards.
