What are flu related deaths in your country this year? In the states, it usually numbers in the tens of thousands. In 2018, there were 80,000 flu related deaths in the US. Flu related death are similar to Covid-19 related deaths (respiratory, organ failure). As of today, Covid-19 deaths are about 27,000 and they are lumping in everyone where it may be possibility (without testing). How many of these deaths are actually related to the regular flu? It will be very interesting to compare overall flu numbers to Covid-19 later this summer. Governments may fudge numbers, but I wouldn't be surprised if flu numbers are down.
