1. Meta name descriptions are improperly used. Nobody wants to know a fucking synopsis of the video in the description of SEs. Drop some keywords in description and put what you are; a tube, a paysite, etc.
2. Homepage has 52 Pagespeed score on Mobile, which is a big deal for new sites. Site needs to be blazing fast for mobile users.
3. User experience and clickthroughs are one of the most important factors when new sites are being ranked.
4. Aesthetical fixes, like on hover video previews, drop the xvideos player, host it yourself on a branded videojs with custom CSS.
