None of those trap door spots anymore. I have stories for days about those tho, east Harlem and the bronx. We had slot machines in the bodega attached to my building that would give you a choice between a $3, $5 or $20 bag of whatever just flew in from Jamaica back in the shower pose days.
In East Harlem that all transitioned into secret door to door "party favor" services in the early 2000's and now it's kinda weird. Since the white folks moved in the cops stopped harassing as much so drugs feel more prevalent and open again minus the crack. Just a lot less violence because everybody is the plug these days.

Man one day soon pot will be legal in New York City. There is simply too much revenue generated from it and NYC needs the cash.
Crazy how shit has changed! My dealers were always moving from one bodega to another, handing out biz cards with a secret symbol. It was like being James Bond to score a doobie. LOL
Now you can just go to fucking Craig's List, type in '420 delivery' and you have a host of choices. Amazing.
