1- South Korea is experiencing reinfection.. Plus they lie about their numbers.
2- Sweden is extremely controversial with their testing methods due to the fact of overwhelming their health care system.
Sweden has 10 million people living in that entire country...
AS New York has 8.3 million residence and New Jersey has 8.8 million people.
There's no comparison - A person would have to be a complete idiot to think otherwise.
