So, I have received this email requesting a new proof of identity....
on my account there is nothing asking for new docs, everything is Ok there (Identity Confirmed is green there)... So, once again, I contacted the support and they said to send directly to
[email protected], which I think weird....
Has anyone here already sent documents directly to their email?
