most of the bigger affiliate programs (hubtraffic, paperstreetcash, etc) let you cut their content to a specified length according to their own rules, for free, and post it on your free tube
mostly they want banners and text links to their paysite. the text links are most effective--look at what pornhub is doing. a small "see more" or "join now" link above the video works very well.
