Sure you can.
O2=152 pm
CO2=232 pm
SARS-CoV-2=0.12 microns
So, a single SARS-CoV-2 virus is roughly 789 times the size of on O2 molecule.
However, respiratory droplets - the means of transmission - are > 5 microns, so you're looking at a minimum size difference of 32,894 times greater than an 02 molecule.
