Warhol got sued for both of those.
Here's the details on the second one:
On November 25, 2009 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, one family sued the Warhol Foundation for filming their father, then 14 year old R***** T***, smoking pot and self-mutilating on camera in Warhol's '64 film, All Aboard to Dreamland Choo Choo.
