The one that really pissed me off, was some lying bastard, probably a competitor. Got a hold of Cloudflare, and my host, and told them he was under age, and had a profile on my site, that I wouldn't delete. All he had was a page on my site that said he wasn't online. My host shut my site down for two days, and it cost me like $500 in revenue, plus I'm sure I lost lots of regular visitors.

You don't store any images (they all come from cb servers and are transient) and you only display live content through the provided tools: you should be good to file a counter-notice in theory, though in practice I don't recommend it.
