Miami -Masks indoors April 9th, Masks outdoors July 2nd ... end of July = Massive case spikes.
Strange how cases spiked "after" they implemented heavy mask use?
Europe - kids in school last spring with no masks. Everything okay.
Europe - Softer lock downs than USA (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Holland). Everything okay.
Hawaii - high mask usage, cases spiking
Japan - high mask usage, cases spiking.
Masks have nothing to do with stopping the spread.
