You can't really control whether some random blogger wants to write shit about your website, lots of these guys trying to throw up reviews for every site on earth to try and get some SE traffic.
Best you can do is try and control your brand rankings with multiple sites and make sure you outrank him for your brand as well as "is a scam", "is legit", etc...
