Almost ANY adult affiliate program has FHG API's. The actual gallery links are usually being delivered as CSV files and raw text dumps, or as XML (e.g. NATS and SmartScripts formats) or as usual RSS and Atom feeds.
So the question is not "which exactly program provides them". The question is how will you import them to your site?
