You gotta think about incentives here.
Your platforms don't give a shit about the content being uploaded. Probably a slight preference toward allowing it, if they allow uploads at all.
No, what they care about is their upstream providers (the people who can hurt them, like billers and ISPs and hosting companies -- but mostly billers and other financial service providers who depend on VISA/MC goodwill). They are banning the keywords that lazy censors use to search for content that violates various nebulous policies.
Kill the keyword, the lazy censor doesn't see. Problem solved.
