10 years ago I was already hearing content producers crying because Webcam sites were too profitable for girls and finding pretty talented girls for shooting porn was becoming harder... and apparently, it's becoming harder and harder in recent years.
And I think it's an obvious evolution and it's logical. Girls willing to expose their body in soft or hard action have the possibility to make decent revenues and market themselves, eliminating several intermediaries... and do all that from the comfort of their homes and with the people they choose.
Following this logic, what do you have to offer as a content producer to compete with that?
That's the question that needs to be answered if you want to continue shooting porn in the next 20+ years

Personnal note: when I see porn from the 90s, it really feels like women doing porn in this era were really a lot prettier and hotter than the ones we have these days. And I don't think it's me being nostalgic :-D it's pure esthetics.
