People who don't understand this are those that have never shot anything and never worked with models. They don't have a clue about their personalities and the way they take their "work". If all models were creative, hardworking and smart, they would never have to work for someone else in the first place.
If it was that easy with no work and skills required for anything, everyone could be a millionaire with his/her own business
