Does anybody know a way to paginate the CSV download?

e.g.

/csv_revshare_purchase_historytory/?limit=100

I would like to do this: (doesn't work)

/?limit=100&start=500

OR

/?limit=100&end_date=2019-01-01

I know you can increase the limit but I'm looking for the ability to paginate or just start at an older date in the history.
