Job Description:

Your title will be Lead Project Developer, for an Orlando operated network of established adult websites. Please keep in mind “adult websites” when you are applying for this job as you will be exposed to those types of images throughout the duration of your employment.
This company has been around for 8 years and is a multimillion dollar company.

+ Diagnose and Repair inactive/inoperable plugins or site features. (e.g., notifications not working, sales receipts, etc)

+ Upgrade sites in our network to be modern, working, and feature filled.

+ Operation of ffmpeg and various encoding systems used for streaming and re-encoding of uploaded videos to proper sizes/ratios/bits

+ Other websites, as directed. Website design by this hire can be outsourced, employed, or him/herself, depending on skills to do so.

+ Maintain and operate all backup systems, ensure redundancy, etc.. (backup/rsync systems for redundancy)

+ Deploy/build/configure additional servers / sites as needed.

+ Keep systems and software updates, such as WHM/Cpanel updates and testing all features for functionality or lack thereof after upgrades, including WordPress, WooCommerce, and other related plugins or software we use.

+ Applicants must have around the clock availability in case an issue should arise.

+ Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Applicant will be working directly with the CEO and the President of the company.

+ Applicants must be capable of naming WordPress, PHP, and MySQL functions off the top of their head.

+ Compensation is negotiable depending on your level of experience however we are looking to start around $20-$30 an hour.. Starting off will be a probationary period where you will operate as a freelancer doing the tasks required when called upon; with potential full time employment possibilities.

+ We are looking for someone who knows what they are doing and wants to grow with and help grow an already established company.
