Boot order is set in the bios. Some PC's have a boot disk option menu, usually accessible via either F2 or F12 when you power on the pc. Del usually allows you to enter the bios, though sometimes it's F2.
You could always unplug the 2TB drive until you get things sorted if nothing else works.
