Shoplifter

I haven't kept up with all of the options available for this, so I am asking for input.

I am looking for software that will let me completely run a blog on autopilot, pulling Youtube, other videos and articles related to a theme and aggregating them all in one place.

Say I want to run a blog devoted to "maple syrup". I would need the plugins to source and aggregate the media and articles and post them. Perhaps with some canned commentary text.
