I haven't seen that before I don't think.
What I do see sometimes, though, is when a cam loads, the FPS and resolution are lower than normal and instead of the normal looking buttons on the bottom of the feed, there's just text on the bottom right that says "full screen", and nothing else. Refreshing always fixes that, though.
