Duke, I agree that the cross traffic and money potential is great when managed properly. However all too often the rewards only favor the paysite owners and its nearly impossible for the consumer to obtain the refund from the site, forcing them to file a claim (charge back). You being proactive with the members is the exception and not the rule.

Today I would precheck the upsell, only if it's boldly upfront smack in the middle of different plans, and all paysite parties have agreed to clear refund policies that are reasonably favoring the consumer.
