You are right.
Today i received again a DCMA complaint from Google while i only show the Chaturbate API feed on my sites and nothing else.
Should be one of those professional DCMA complainers because it was a big list with URL's on the lumendatabase.
Maybe more people has got this one, it came from:

By the way, it looks a little bit of dead here in the topic....
