Android is a nice OS and very functional. if you do any dev at all you need at least a few Androids laying around. Google is leading the way on all web protocols. so its a great OS for testing and building cutting edge web apps.
windows tablets suck. they use too much of the resources. and linux is too rare to get anything running on it. no native apps.
use a computer as a computer and a portable as a portable.
