About the project: It is the original clip marketplace delivering authentic fetish content from studios to consumers worldwide.
We have offices in Canada, United States and Europe (Spain, Cyprus, Georgia, Ukraine).


Overview:
You’ll be responsible for creating different types of written content in various forms,, from email to infographic, from webinar to blog articles, video scripts and beyond.
The content manager will work closely with the marketing team to help develop, adapt, or source content for our audiences, and with the Head of Marketing to align with overall marketing goals and sales targets.



Responsibilities
Some parts of the job include:
- Working with the marketing team to create a content strategy that fits in line with the business’s needs
- Defining and evolving writing and content style guide
- Contributing to evolving definition of our buyer personas (and ensuring all content speaks to them)
- Writing content in many forms (from blog posts to social, infographics and video scripts)
- Writing press releases and other content for PR, based on journalist’s needs
- Managing guest blogging outreach strategy and ensuring all content fits with our writing and content style guide
- Ensuring consistent voice and tone throughout lines of communication in content
- Contributing to related marketing projects such as user journey communications as needed
- Managing content calendar and scheduling
- Definition and creation of sales enablement material


The role, in terms of time spent, will be roughly divided among:

75% writing and content creation
15% strategy and decisions
10% managing outsourcing and freelancers


The main deliverables your success will be based on will include:
- 7-10 pieces of content per week
- Increasing conversion rates for inbound-generated leads
- Increasing average time spent on blog, and pages visited per session
- Increasing rankings for targeted keywords in search engines
- Assisting other departments with any copywriting tasks


About you:
Others would describe you as someone who “gets things done.” You should also be hard working, curious, creative, and with a great eye for detail.


Must:
- Native English speaker with excellent grammar, word choice and quality of writing
- Experience with SEO copywriting
- Understanding of content marketing and inbound marketing best practices
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects
- Broad knowledge of American culture
- Ability to write specifically for a Gen Z or Millenial reader


Big Plus:
- Experience with guest blogging outreach
- A second language


Location: Barcelona as an option, NOT required in the office. So you can work 100% remotely.
Time zone: EST/PST time zone preferable
