One thing I would also say is that I am a bit confused by what your after.
You start of by saying you want a webmaster to help you out, then it looks like you are just after affiliates.
If your just after affiliates, then you may as well just post a link to the sign up page.
But my advice is to have content for webmasters and ideally fhg's.
I promote sites myself, but a few sites seem to provide nothing, and in truth I have not the time to mess about asking for stuff from them, I just promote sites that make life easy for me.
