Strippers are also a good source of model material.
Here you have a bunch of girls that are very "at home" with being naked in front of men.
There are 2 types of strippers, in house and out call. In house means they work at a nudie bar. In my area we only have 1 of those.
These girls have it in their favor if they do full on porn and model all they can.
In their world they are just a stripper who basically rubs up against men all day and gives half their money to the house.
But if they are a known model or porn star then the house hires them to come to their location, pays their travel and lodging, and after all that they still don't have to split their money with the house. As you can see they not only make money from you but they keep making more through their entire career.
Out call strippers are in it for the quick buck. They might not even be a stripper next week.
Out call strippers can be found in local newspapers, yellow pages, or you might get a phone number from 1 of your buddies that just had a bachelor party.
What I have done with these girls is just call them to come to a buddy's house for their show.
You will really be surprised at how many of these girls show up with no music.
No music means that this girl is nothing more than a hooker. Hooker or stripper my routine is the same.
If they are idiots or ugly we watch the show and laugh about it while eating pizza and drinking a beer.
However if they are hot we start on our recruiting campaign. We tell the girl what we do for a living.
Three quarters of the time they have heard of my local company called cuntrybabes.com and we get on the same page real fast.
I give her one of my cards and tell her that she makes great money stripping on Friday and Saturday nights but how much did she make on Tuesday afternoon?
I know that a stripper can make more than $100 an hour stripping between her wages and her tips.
But on Tuesday afternoon when she has no gigs she can make a couple hundred bucks for letting me take pictures of her for a couple hours.
After that I really appeal to her greed. I have several 8 1/2 x 11 pics of other strippers in the area that I show her. They were pictures I took of these other strippers that I Photoshopped on the name of their agency with the contact phone number. These strippers can now take my work and autograph it for the customer.
The customer throws down a $20 bill for the autographed pic so the girl gets $20 extra along with an advertisement hanging in the customer's garage by his work bench or keg refrigerator for years to come.
After the girl shows her pic to the agency I usually get a call from that business to photograph the rest of the girls for promo pics.
Even down the road the original stripper that started the domino effect returns because she is tired of the same old pic and wants to shoot again. Enough about strippers, their easy, let?s get on to finding amateur girls to work for you.
Some photographers swear by professional model sites.
They are as easy as going on the internet and using Google to find a company in your area.
I live in a rinky dink town so this is just not possible.
Other photographers usually call me to help in this area of which I always will if I think their legit. If they can prove to me they are the real deal and not just a GWC (guy with camera) I will take down their phone number and give it to any girls that they tell me they are interested in.
I will not give their numbers to any girls if I think that they are just a GWC.

I couldn't tell you if they are any good since I have never used them but they seem to be one of the most popular ones in the adult industry and I haven't heard anybody badmouth them.
So now the phone rings and you have a bite. If it's someone I know I just make an appointment for them to drop by the studio and I show them around.
I go over things like pay, comfort zones, what we expect from them and find out what they expect from us.
I introduce them to the other fellow employees and always refer to everyone at work as our family.
I try to make them feel right at home and how we would love to have them in our family.
Now if the phone call comes from somebody I have no idea who it is I ALWAYS like to meet them somewhere public first.
Lunch is good for me and that way we can go over all the details there. Weirdo's are out there and they run on both sides of this fence.
Not only should the girl be cautious when meeting a stranger but I have met my share of weirdo models as well. If I deem a girl as to weird to shoot or even just plain to ugly (you would be surprised at how many of those calls you will get)
I can simply tell her I'll call her when I have work for her. If she is acceptable then if she wants I run her right down to the studio for the grand tour.
So now we have a girl in our studio, kind of the whole idea, right?
First tip: start out with something simple and sexy.
Don't hand her a giant dildo on her first day and expect her to have an orgasm on your shoot.
Start her out slow. I like to start the girl in a bikini the first day out. I only pay $50 an hour for these bikini pics.
Make her feel beautiful and sexy. Above all make her feel safe.
Show her work that you have done before and if I sense beforehand that I will be dealing with a nervous Nellie I have one of the girls that do Photoshop work or a make-up artist hang around and help me with posing the model and the lights.
Always remember that no matter who you are, I am a photographer that has done this with hundreds of girls (almost thousands), this might very well be the FIRST time your model has done this. Then you always have the girl that has done this before but had a bad experience.
Maybe her last photographer was a weirdo or a GWC. A GWC is a "guy with camera" in other words a guy buys a new Canon from Costco then starts trolling the internet looking for girls so he can see them naked.
Sounds silly but they're out there, my area has them and yours will too.
