Then Chaturbate gives you a non-exclusive license to use their promo tools through the terms (which the broadcaster is also bound to). Ultimately Chaturbate is the copyright owner so they can ask you to remove anything.
Having said that, the broadcaster you mentioned is opted-in the partners network so it seems unfair that you are being asked to remove the page. If the model doesn't want to show up on webmasters sites and whitelabels the logical thing to do is to turn off the flag in her cb settings.
