This was always a ground up project Alex. We are long time affiliate marketers looking to enter a new space and were upfront about that, right from my very first post.

We never formalized any hourly rate, payment structure or percent of the business. You never requested this either. All of our email and chat records will attest to this.
Perhaps this can be a learning experience for both of us. Our intention was never to leech information or use you in anyway. I am sorry if you feel this way. The project we collaborated on didn't go well, therefore we will not be moving forward.
