The problem is this; I'm asked to do this:

"What content management system do you have in place to ensure that content is uploaded by 18+, and to verify that the content belongs to the user who uploads it"

have you ever faced this problem?

My content is purchased under license, so I have the ID photos + photo with permission, but it seems to me that this is not enough.
