Yep, and there is one example - cheapest food which you can buy when you enter some store is bag of chips - which is like some sort of symbol of unhealthy , full of carbs, sugar and salt. Idea of transferring tax money to reduce cost of healthy food would work but politicians don't have balls to do it.
