Like this fuckin cunt of a young sales guy I had call me up today, trying to get me to 'Upgrade' my car insurance... He wants me to pay extra so as I have a courtesy car, should my car be undrivable after a serious accident...
I told him that it was already included anyway, and he stuttered and said, well, yes, but that's just for a short while, a few days, while your car is being repaired. I'm talking about a serious accident, when your car is written off, and its taking a long time to sort your payment out, so you can get another car...
I told him still no point as there would be no reason. He repeated himself again, unable to get his head around why I wasn't interested...
I ended up telling him that if I WERE to 'write my car off' I'd just buy another one the next day, and certainly not wait around for 'weeks' for them to sort it out... And that if it DID take a inordinate amount of time for them to make the pay-out, that they would be hearing from my lawyers !
He said thankyou for your time sir, in a very quiet voice, and hung up...
He fucking sounded about 12 anyway... I'm getting old and grumpy...
