People think they can treat you like their own personal Siri for months and even years because they spent $80 one time.
My biggest mistake was offering a lifetime license and free support. Lesson learned.

Unlike many before me who took money and ran for the hills, I'm still offering updates. Who was the guy who sold the RSS feed aggregator plugin around 2007 and took off after a few months? Theo or something?
