We are a OnlyFans management company that manages some of the top talent on OnlyFans. We are looking for someone to interact with fans in the DM’s and provide a personalized experience. You will work closely with a team of writers embracing the personality of the model.
This will include:
General Chatting
Sexting with Fans
Selling Pornos/bundles
Selling customs
You will be asked to work a scheduled time and we are willing to work with you, we just ask you stick to that time. Average weekly hours will average between 20-30. We are looking for candidates from native English speaking countries. Written English must be proficient.
It would be beneficial to have multiple monitors, a computer that can handle different browsers with several tabs open, and a quiet work environment where you can talk with other team members.
Previous sales/account management experience is desired, especially if it was in a chatting/direct selling related field. OnlyFans experience is also a major plus.
Compensation will be a small base with 25% commission on most sales. Realistic commission expectations should be at least 2-3k per month.
