Looking for a media buyer that has prior experience working with adult related products, and procuring media on adult sources (eg Exoclick/Trafficjunky etc) or even push.

You need to have experience. Role involves setting up tracking/monitoring/optimising/reporting etc.
The P&L ,by and large, is the only metric we see.
