If I was to give anyone in any type of business. Do things legit from the start.
Yes, trying to find a quick buck is tempting to do things not legit as to begin with you may make a few dollars, but often this is short term.
Clearly if those credit card firms are not taking payments then your not legit, so go do something legit.
