In reality they have introduced censorship.
By the sounds of it, if you do not drive or happy to use the app, them you are stuffed.
In other words, if your poor you will be restricted.
I am not sure what the state laws are like in that state, but it may in fact be easer to buy a gun than see porn.
However...
I suspect few sites will comply, and it will flop.
Also the fact that a single app has what seems a monopoly on the situation sounds a bit fishy. I wonder what they charge businesses to use it.
The interesting thing is, this seems to have gone past with little reporting.
As I say, I suspect we will find this law fails, but it will be interesting.
I would have presumed this law may conflict with the freedom of speech laws of the USA. As I would presume you could not say you have freedom of speech as long as you have id, ad=nd happy to provide it as if you are in the USSR.
