We are starting a website similar to adult work website. We are looking for someone that can help us on this long journey. Doing the onsite SEO, link building and later managing adverts.
I have an SEO/PPC background, but I am busy working on other projects.
We need someone that is hard-working, self-motivated, can start link-building, then later start advertising on adult networks. They need to organise the content also.
We prefer to have someone full time focused on our business, that can get on with stuff, also the pay will go up later as soon as the company profits.
Right now we haven't launched the website yet, we are starting to look for someone that fits our needs.
Preferably someone with previous experience and a network already. We are aware this is a long-term position and full-time.
