The main problem with VR porn is that it is video, and the user is too limited in what he can do. He can't walk around to get a better angle or view like he wants to, and he can't get close to the action like he wants to without the image turning ugly

VR in porn is good for 3D but only when the camera(s) are close to the action. If the camera(s) are over here and the girl-girl action is happening over there, the 3D effect is minimal, and the scene in general is boring as fuck.

If you want to take advantage of the current technology, here is what you have to do.

1. Create detailed 3D Scans of your models.
2. Create performance capture of your models (faces, bodies). The more data you can create here the more shallow the Unvanny Valley will be. (Part 1)
3. Create Motion capture models of your models.
4. Pay your models for their scanning time and image rights (important!) then kick them out as you don't need them anymore.
5. Place the 3D models in your scenes created in Unreal. Use some AI voice generators or AI Voice-changers to make them say what you want.
6. Play with the lighting. Learn what Sub-Surface scattering or your model's skin will look like plastic. This too will help keep them out of the uncanny valley.
7. Hold on to those image rights. If those models become stars, the 3D Data you own of them will be worth alot, especially when they age.

No matter what you do, your models will still look creepy and dead, but of course technology is improving all the time.

all this has been done, it failed miserably and burnt millions.
