That looks more like a server issue then anything - seems that their httpd isn't responding.
As for Cam4 and ImLive, I don't remember exactly which ones but there was a couple that didn't offer embed cams (or I couldn't find them), with ImLive XML returning so little data that I was wondering if I should even include it...
