OK, so say I was a cartoonist, that was really good at drawing 'superhero' style cartoon art - I join OnlyFans as a creator, and sell my drawings (or access to my art) using the onlyfans system - The same way that OF say they want 'Non Porn' people to be members.
OK, so as part of the signup / account creation etc, I give onlyfans my ID, along with my address and bank info etc - No problem there, and off I go, selling my art.
So can I not do the same with AI images then? I mean, the person in the image no more exists IRL, than the superheros I drew?
Is it really any different? If its not real, its not real - A drawing is surely a drawing, whether its done by hand using a pencil, or a computer using AI.
Inanimate object IS inanimate object, no?
Not being argumentative btw - Just genuinely interested as to where the problem is?
I know onlyfans know that its AI generated by you - the 'artist' - But you are no more selling a false fantasy to the fans, than any living breathing real life pornstar is, when she uses chatters to interact with her fans, or sells the illusion that she actually has an interest in you...
