when support and help is a key to online project success, having a relationship with the people building your site is important. K0nrad is here all the time. he works hard and he helps out. if you post an issue or question about MB here, you'll get a response pretty fast.
people will always buy from vendors they know versus a stranger, if given a choice. sales 101.
so as i said, this is my own personal opinion. there is no reason to get upset about my opinion. you don't have to like it or agree. the two products are relatively the same. flip a coin?
